All our products are packaged in standard packaging bags, which include printed information such as the product name, weight, and other relevant details.

Seed Weight and Quantity Explanation:

Our seeds are priced based on weight. We frequently receive inquiries about the number of seeds in a specific weight, such as 1 kilogram. However, calculating the exact number of seeds in that weight can be impractical and time-consuming due to their small size.

Typically, our larger customers purchase seeds based on weight, which streamlines the process. If you require a specific quantity of seeds, we can have our warehouse calculate the number for you.

Please note that our company incurs costs related to production, packaging, transportation, etc. If a customer's order does not meet our minimum packaging quantity, we will have to cancel the small order.

When the customer's order quantity is too small and does not meet our packaging requirements, we will cancel the order.

Notice Regarding Small Orders:
For small orders, customers should send the product names and quantities to our accounting department at: order@seedk.com  Our accounting team will calculate the costs associated with production, harvesting, and packaging. If the order value covers these costs, your order will be accepted; otherwise, it will be canceled.

When you have the same product in your shopping cart and attempt to add it again, you will not be able to do so. To resolve this, please delete the product from your cart and add it again. Alternatively, you can regenerate a new order number by contacting the administrator at: order@seedk.com
