Phytosanitary Certificate Notice
1. Certificate Issuer
The Phytosanitary Certificate is issued by the competent local government authority at the place of export and is not issued by our company. The certificate will include the customer’s name, address, and the plant products listed in the order.
2. Certificate Fee
If the customer requests a Phytosanitary Certificate, a certificate fee must be paid. This fee is an official administrative fee charged by the local government authority. Our company only collects this fee on behalf of the customer and submits it together with the order details to the government authority. This fee is not company income.
3. Voluntary Service
Applying for a Phytosanitary Certificate is entirely voluntary. Customers are not forced to apply for this certificate and may decide whether to add this service based on their own needs.
4. Number of Products per Certificate
One Phytosanitary Certificate can list up to 20 different plant products.
Therefore, if an order contains 20 or fewer plant product types, only one certificate is required. If an order contains more than 20 plant product types, multiple certificates may be required accordingly.
5. Application Process and Delivery
After the customer adds the Phytosanitary Certificate to the cart and completes payment, we will submit the application to the local government authority based on the order details. Once issued, the certificate will be shipped together with the ordered products.
Standard Packaging Bags
Our company specializes in large-scale production and sales, supplying products to major companies and business clients. All products come in standard packaging bags with printed product name, weight, and relevant details.
Seed Weight & Quantity: Our seeds are sold by weight, not by count. Most commercial clients purchase by weight — it simplifies ordering and shipping. If you need an estimated count, our warehouse can provide an approximation.
